Extremely Professional
Just bought a certified pre-owned VW from Rico. After being in and out of 5 or 6 dealerships, I called VW Kingston and MC answered. She was extremely professional and didn't ask the typical questions, she was only interested in helping me with specifically what I called for. I drove up, MC introduced me to Rico, they had the car waiting for me in the bay to look at and test drive. I bought the car in 10 minutes. Mostly, I knew I was dealing with a guy who was honest and was going to stand by his word, no games. I can't urge anyone enough, go see Rico!
