A++ for the Staff

I took my Touareg here for some maintenance. It had been awhile since I had it checked and I was worried that it was going to be a huge cost. But the service department assured me they would take care of everything, explained in simple terms what had to be done to get caught up and only charged me a fraction of what I thought the bill would be. A++ for the staff at Kingston Volkswagen. They went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer.
